Is there really no AMC fee?
Yes. While you buy the reagents for the instrument from Abaxis, there is no annual maintenance contract to sign and no yearly fee to pay.

What will I pay for?
Your reagents, and any parts that need replacing after the instrument's warranty period ends, billed with GST. Service visits and engineer labour stay free.
Is there a minimum reagent order?
There is no fixed minimum. The Promise stays active while you regularly buy the reagents for the instrument from Abaxis. Conditions apply; we share the full terms with your quotation.
What if I buy reagents from another supplier?
The Zero AMC Promise ends, and service is then charged at our standard rates.
Is this a free CMC?
No. A CMC includes parts for a yearly fee. With the Zero AMC Promise there is no yearly fee at all: after the warranty you pay for a part only when one is actually replaced.
